Kenneth is a member Meyer and Hilton. Even though his partner is a Contractor, he tells him that he hates Contractors. He and Luc try to hire Kozo Tahara, but he refuses. He kindnaps Tahara daughter, Mai, so that Tahara might reconsider. But in the end, he is killed by Mai.
