Louis (pronunced 'Luisu' in japanese) was a Contractor with the ability to control gravity. He was the first Contractor shown in the series. He was killed shortly after his introduction by Hei

AbilitiesEdit

Gravity Nullification: Louis possessed the ability to nullify gravity upon people and things within his line of sight. He could affect his own personal gravity allowing a form of flight.

Obeisance: His Obeisance required him to break his own fingers.

Part In StoryEdit

He is seen running away from the police, using his ability to manipulate gravity when cornered. While fufilling his Obeisance (breaking his fingers), he is found by Yin. Once he realises he has been pin pointed, he attempts to escape. However, he is confronted by Hei before he can do so. After getting the information needed, Hei resorts to brutal tactics, and kills him.
